West Worcester Woodfired Smoked Nuts

We have been preparing our smoked nuts for many years, utilizing them in some of our recipes and serving them to our customers at events. We’ve been talking for a while about packaging our smoked nuts, and recent events have spurred us to finally pivot into the wholesale foods market. We have decided to use West Worcester Woodfired as the brand name for our retail foods.

The nuts (a mix of almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts) are smoked, roasted, then tossed with our smoked chile oil, Vermont honey, salt, herbs and spices. They have a hint of smokiness, a little sweetness, and a bit of spiciness.
