We have been running Bon Temps Gourmet out of our home in Worcester, Vermont since 1989. We specialize in what we call "global soul food" - authentic ethnic cuisines from around the globe, featuring local and seasonal ingredients. In 2015 we built a stone pizza oven in our gardens, and West Worcester Woodfired was born, allowing us to start hosting community pizza nights on our property. Then in 2021 we started to package and sell our West Worcester Woodfired Smoked Nuts in local stores.
